The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) is going to organize Asia Cup 2025 start from 9 September in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is the 17th edition of the tournament, which will be played in T20 format.
Eight top countries compete for the title. All eight teams will be divided in two groups and then top two teams of each group will appear in super four, in super four all teams will face each other and top two teams will play final.
In this tournament we have to focus some key players of each team. The performance of these may give good impact to this tournament, some of these players are:
Abhishek Sharma
Abhishek Sharma is the key player of team India and his recent performance is excellent. He is playing for Hyderabad in IPL In last season of IPL he has a strike rate of above 200 and he has score 484 runs. He made his international T20 debut for the Indian team on 06 July 2024, against Zimbabwe.
Surya Kumar Yadav
Surya kumar yadav, who is also known as SKY is very important player of team india. He is also known as Mr. 360 because he can play shots in all direction of ground. Recently he has appointed as caption of Indian team. He played for Mumbai Indians in IPL. He made his international T20 debut for the Indian team on14March 2024, England.
Sahibzada Farhan
He is a Pakistani player he has played several domestic tournament. The main reason to be an impact player is his performance in PSL 2025. He has made 449 with an average of 37.41 and strike rate of 152.20.He might be a key player for Pakistan.
Rashid Khan
Rashid Khan is a Afghanistan player and Captain of team. He is an allrounder and first superstar of Afghanistan cricket team. He has played 100 T20 Matches, made 2337 Runs and 170 Wickets. Due to his all-round performance he might be a key player for Afghanistan.
